🐾 PET PHOTOGENIC CONTEST

Because some of the biggest personalities have four paws! The Battle of the Best Pet Photogenic Contest gives proud pet owners the opportunity to enter their favorite photo of their dog or cat and have them compete for awards and recognition.

WHO CAN ENTER?

The Pet Photogenic Contest is open to dogs and cats of all breeds, sizes, and ages. No attendance at the Battle of the Best competition is required. This is a photo-entry contest, so your pet does not need to be present at the event.

📸 PHOTO ENTRY

Submit a clear, high-quality photo that shows off your pet’s personality and photogenic qualities. Photos may be professional or personally taken.

Entries should feature the pet being judged as the primary subject of the photograph.

⭐ HOW PETS ARE JUDGED

Pet entries will be scored by our judges based on the overall photograph and the qualities displayed by the pet, including:

• Photogenic Appeal – Overall camera presence and visual impact
• Personality – How well the photograph captures the pet’s unique character
• Expression – Engagement, charm, and expression in the image
• Photo Quality & Composition – Clarity, lighting, presentation, and composition
• Overall Impression – The complete impact of the entry

🏆 PET AWARDS

Every pet is eligible to earn awards based on their final score and ranking.

Awards and recognition will be determined by the scoring system established for the Photogenic Contest. This gives our four-legged contestants an opportunity to be recognized while keeping the primary Overall titles separate for our human contestants.

IMPORTANT: PET AWARD ELIGIBILITY

Pet entries participate in a separate award category within the Battle of the Best Photogenic Contest.

Pets ARE eligible for:

✓ Score-based awards
✓ Placement and ranking recognition
✓ Pet Photogenic honors and recognition

Pets ARE NOT eligible for:

✗ Overall King or Overall Queen titles
✗ $500 Overall Grand Cash Prizes
✗ Face of Battle of the Best designation
✗ One-year brand representative opportunities

The Overall King & Queen titles, $500 cash prizes, and Face of Battle of the Best opportunities are reserved for eligible human Photogenic Contest participants.
