TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Adrenaline Productions LLC (“Adrenaline Productions,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our dance competition events, conventions, workshops, website, online services, ticket purchases, registrations, and related offerings.

By registering for, attending, participating in, purchasing from, or otherwise using any services provided by Adrenaline Productions LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Participants, parents/guardians, studio owners, teachers, attendees, vendors, and other users must comply with these Terms.

Participants under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian agrees to these Terms on behalf of any minor participant.

2. Registration and Participation

2.1 Competition Registration

All registrations must be submitted through approved Adrenaline Productions registration methods and must include accurate and complete information.

Registration is not considered complete until all waivers have been signed and registration payment has been received in full.

2.2 Participant Conduct

All participants, attendees, studio representatives, and guests are expected to behave respectfully and professionally at all times.

Adrenaline Productions reserves the right to remove or disqualify any individual or group for:

  • Unsportsmanlike conduct
  • Harassment or bullying
  • Disruptive behavior
  • Unsafe actions
  • Damage to property
  • Failure to follow event rules or staff instructions

No refund will be issued for removals or disqualifications related to misconduct.

2.3 Competition Rules

Participants must comply with all competition rules, scoring policies, time limits, music requirements, costume requirements, and safety guidelines established by Adrenaline Productions  .

Adrenaline Productions reserves the right to interpret and apply competition rules at its sole discretion.

3. Payments and Fees

3.1 Fees

All fees, including registration fees, admission fees, ticket purchases, merchandise purchases, and optional add-ons, must be paid according to stated deadlines.

Failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation of registration or denial of participation.

3.2 Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Registration and Event Entry fees are non-refundable.
  • Ticket purchases are non-refundable.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • No refunds will be issued for missed performances, schedule changes, illness, weather conditions, travel delays, or participant withdrawal. A credit may be applied toward a future event in the case of an injury or illness which renders participant unable to attend. However, it does not guarantee a spot in the competition, it only allows for eligibility of consideration.

In the event Adrenaline Productions cancels an event, the Company may provide a refund, credit, or transfer option at its discretion.

3.3 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Adrenaline Productions to resolve a dispute may result in cancellation of registrations, denial of future participation, and collection actions where permitted by law. All collection fees will be charged back to participants.

4. Scheduling and Event Changes

Adrenaline Productions reserves the right to:

  • Adjust event schedules
  • Modify venues
  • Combine age divisions
  • Change judges
  • Limit audience capacity
  • Cancel or reschedule events
  • Modify event formats

These changes may occur without prior notice due to operational, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Music, Costumes, and Content Standards

All music, choreography, costumes, and performances must be age-appropriate and comply with applicable laws and venue requirements.

Adrenaline Productions reserves the right to deduct points, require changes, remove music, stop performances, or disqualify routines deemed inappropriate, offensive, unsafe, or in violation of copyright or licensing laws.

Studios and participants are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions, licenses, or rights related to music and choreography used during performances.

6. Photography and Media Release

By attending or participating in any Adrenaline Productions event, you grant Adrenaline Productions LLC the irrevocable right to photograph, record, livestream, and otherwise capture your image, likeness, voice, name, studio affiliation, and performances.

You authorize Adrenaline Productions LLC to use such materials for promotional, advertising, marketing, social media, livestream, archival, and commercial purposes without compensation or additional approval.

This includes, but is not limited to use in:

  • Social media content
  • Websites
  • Advertising materials
  • Printed publications
  • Promotional videos
  • Livestream broadcasts
  • Event recaps
  • Future marketing campaigns

If a participant is a minor, the parent or guardian grants this release on behalf of the minor.

7. Intellectual Property

All content created or provided by Adrenaline Productions LLC, including logos, branding, graphics, event formats, scoring systems, videos, photographs, promotional materials, and website content, is the property of Adrenaline Productions LLC or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Unauthorized use of Company intellectual property may result in legal action.

8. Assumption of Risk

Dance activities and event participation involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, accidents, falls, collisions, equipment failure, and other risks associated with athletic participation and travel.

By participating in or attending any Adrenaline Productions event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and attendance.

Participants are responsible for determining whether they are physically capable of participating, including considerations and risks for allergies and medical conditions.

9. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adrenaline Productions LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, judges, volunteers, affiliates, sponsors, venues, and representatives shall not be liable for any:

  • Injury
  • Illness
  • Loss
  • Theft
  • Property damage
  • Emotional distress
  • Delays
  • Travel issues
  • Accidents
  • Indirect or consequential damages

arising from or related to participation in or attendance at any Adrenaline Productions event or use of Company services.

Participants and attendees agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Adrenaline Productions LLC and the Host Venue from any claims arising from participation or attendance.

10. Medical Emergencies

In the event of a medical emergency, Adrenaline Productions staff may seek emergency medical treatment for a participant if a parent, guardian, or responsible adult cannot be reached or if the nature of the emergency is urgent.

Participants and guardians are responsible for all medical costs incurred.

11. Code of Conduct

Adrenaline Productions is committed to maintaining a safe, positive, and inclusive environment.

The following behaviors are prohibited:

  • Harassment
  • Discrimination
  • Bullying
  • Threatening behavior
  • Violence
  • Abuse toward staff, judges, participants, or attendees
  • Intoxication or illegal drug use
  • Destruction of property

Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in removal from the event without refund and possible exclusion from future events.

12. Vendor and Third-Party Services

Adrenaline Productions may work with third-party vendors, venues, photographers, videographers, ticketing providers, livestream services, and merchandise companies.

Adrenaline Productions is not responsible for the actions, products, services, or policies of third parties.

13. Website and Online Services

Users agree not to:

  • Interfere with website functionality
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
  • Upload malicious software
  • Use Company services for unlawful purposes
  • Copy or scrape website content without permission

Adrenaline Productions reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to online services for violations of these Terms.

14. Privacy

Information collected by Adrenaline Productions may include registration information, contact details, payment information, photos, videos, and event participation details.

By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information consistent with our Privacy Policy.

15. Force Majeure

Adrenaline Productions LLC shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, cancellations, or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Severe weather
  • Government actions
  • Public health emergencies
  • Labor disputes
  • Venue closures
  • Power outages
  • Internet disruptions
  • Transportation interruptions
  • Acts of terrorism
  • Civil unrest

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Adrenaline Productions LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, judges, volunteers, sponsors, and venues from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of:

  • Your participation in events
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Negligence or misconduct
  • Violation of applicable laws or third-party rights

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or participation in Adrenaline Productions events shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Texas.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

19. Changes to Terms

Adrenaline Productions LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms become effective upon posting or distribution. Continued participation in or use of Company services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
